Acceptance Process

Acceptances are typically sent around 1 month prior to the market date!

Applications are reviewed based on the following criteria:

★ Product fit ★

We love nice curation, quality, & presentation! We're primarily looking for vintage, handmade, & services, but we’re open to anything that aligns with our girly whimsical audience!

★ Display aesthetics ★

We’re looking for vendors with organized setups - this means table coverings, matching hangers, sturdy racks. A feminine aesthetic is a plus!!

We must be able to clearly see your setup from your IG to consider your application!

★ Active social media ★

Promotion is integral to the success of every event, so we’re looking for vendors who will help spread the word alongside us!

Space & category limits

  1. We review applications in the order they are submitted & spaces are limited by category to maintain market balance, so early applications have the best chance.
  2. It's much easier to place vendors who specialize in 1 thing rather than those whose offerings span multiple categories. This means that if 1 category fills up, we can no longer place them at all.
    • Example: If a vendor offers handmade jewelry & press-on nails, but we've already selected a press-on nails vendor, then we cannot accept their app without oversaturating the market.
  3. Spacing is not flexible & the map is created with precise booth sizes to accommodate foot traffic. If a vendor selects a smaller space than what would realistically work for what they offer, we cannot accept them.
    • Example: If a service (tarot, henna, etc) applies for a 6x4ft table space, there is realistically not room for a table & 2 seats to fit within the 4ft depth - this setup would spill beyond the footprint & cause aisle congestion.
  4. Applying to split 1 space with another vendor means that both of you must be accepted. If 1 vendor doesn't meet all the criteria, the application is denied.

We try to balance new & returning vendors to mix up every market. We love & appreciate those who have vended with us before, but we cannot guarantee a spot every time - that doesn’t mean you’ve done anything wrong!
