🛍️ Merchandise Policy	✦ We accept only vintage, secondhand, handmade, or reworked items. We're also looking for services such as tattoos, tooth gems, caricatures, customized jewelry, etc. ✦ Strictly no mass-produced goods, MLMs, or AliExpress/Temu/Shein-type items. ✦ No AI-generated "art" in any form or capacity - including your logos, display materials, posts, etc. ✦ Erotic/explicit sexual content is not permitted. Mature aesthetics are still welcome, but overt imagery or language are not. Mad Cute is an all-ages event.
💲 Payment	✦ Booth fees must be paid within 72 hours (3 days) of acceptance. ✦ Your space is not guaranteed until payment is received. ✦ Invoices unpaid by end of day 3 will be voided and the space will be offered to the next applicant immediately & without notice.
💸 Refunds	✦ All booth and table fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable. This applies regardless of illness, emergencies, scheduling conflicts, weather, & all other circumstances. No exceptions.
🌦️ Weather	✦ This is a rain or shine event and there are no refunds due to bad weather. ✦ Outdoor vendors must be prepared for rain - bring a canopy. Canopies must be properly weighted (40 lbs per leg), and fit within the selected size footprint. Table spaces may share a larger canopy.
🚫 Cancellations & No-Shows	✦ Vendors who cannot attend for any reason will not receive a refund or credit. ✦ No-call no-shows will be permanently blacklisted.
🧩 Set-Up & Break-Down	✦ Vendors must be fully set up by market open and remain open until closing. No early breakdowns. ✦ All displays must stay within your assigned booth footprint. Walkways must remain clear - no racks, mirrors, or baskets sticking out into aisles. ✦ Vendors must bring everything they need: chairs, tables, racks, signage, canopies, etc.
👯‍♀️ Booth Sharing	Booth sharing or subletting is not permitted without prior approval from the market organizer.
💖 Vendor Conduct & Expectations	✦ Vendors must behave respectfully toward staff, fellow vendors, and attendees. ✦ Vendors must comply with any instructions from market staff regarding safety or layout adjustments.
🧼 Cleanliness & Damages	✦ Vendors must leave their booth space clean, free of trash, and in its original condition. ✦ Vendors are responsible for any damage to floors, walls, or fixtures within or around their booth space.
⚖️ Liability	✦ Mad Cute Market is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to vendor merchandise or equipment. Vendors participate at their own risk. ✦ Mad Cute Market is not liable for injuries sustained during setup, market hours, or breakdown. ✦ Vendors are responsible for their own business licenses, permits, and applicable insurance. ✦ Vendors are solely responsible for any injury or damage caused by their equipment, products, or setup to guests or third parties. ✦ Mad Cute Market is not a party to any transaction or interaction between vendors and guests.
