If you applied & didn't receive an acceptance email by the time the status says "fully booked", unfortunately that means we weren't able to fit you in this time around! We'd love to get you in eventually 💛

3. After you fill out the application you'll get a confirmation email that we received it
4. We'll email you if you're accepted!
If you've signed up previously, it's okay to resubmit! Since this is a new process, you will need to fill out the new fields to update your info & complete your application.
We're looking for small businesses who curate & create all things whimsical & cute!
✅ Vintage goods: clothing, accessories, jewelry, trinkets, collectibles, home goods
✅ 1 of 1 handmade goods: thrift flips & reworks, jewelry, ceramics, beauty, stickers/prints/stationery
✅ Live services: flash tattoos, tooth gems, henna, tarot, doodles
✅ On-site consumables: matcha + lattes, refreshing drinks, sweet treats, & meals
✅ Setups that are aesthetic, curated, & match the market's theme
✅ Vendors who are reliable, have an established + active business IG, & will promote before the market
✅ Experienced vendors who have sold at markets before
✖️ AI "art" in any form or capacity (including logos, posts, display, or products). This is a 0 tolerance policy - please don't apply if there is AI imagery on your page
✖️ Fast fashion or anything new/mass-produced
✖️ Craft-fair or off-concept goods: Cricut/vinyl items, simple sewn goods (wallets, pouches, scrunchies), pet treats, MLM products
✖️ Take-home consumables: we're looking only for consumables that will keep our shoppers energized during the market
✖️ Setups that are unorganized & messy
✖️ Vendors who are unreliable, do not have an established + active business IG, or who don't promote before the market
There is no specific cadence that applications are opened. If you'd like to be notified whenever a new app is added, make sure to join our vendor list!
Acceptances are sent during the dates noted in the "Application Status" section. Any applicants that did not receive an email by this date are automatically added to our waitlist & will be offered any spaces that open up! We also post important updates in our "vendor space 🌟" channel on instagram.
★ We always receive many more applications than we have spaces. Sometimes we simply have to choose between several good fits.
★ Spaces are limited by category to keep the market balanced, so they fill quickly.
★ Vendors who fit the theme are selected first.
★ We prioritize reliable returning vendors & new vendors with market experience who have applied multiple times.
★ Make sure you meet everything in our “What We Love” list. We do not consider vendors who use AI-generated imagery in any capacity.
★ Due to the volume of applications, we’re unable to give individual feedback, but we hope this FAQ helps <3
To change your email address: use the link in any email we send you to update it in your preference center.
To update anything else (business name, Instagram, what you sell, etc.): just fill out the sign-up form again with the same email & it'll update your profile!
