🌟IMPORTANT NOTES🌟

  • This is a rain or shine event! There is no additional indoor space available in case of bad weather & we can not offer rainchecks for future dates. Selecting an outdoor space means you are willing to take on that risk & must be fully prepared to vend in foul weather - bring a properly sized & weighted (ideally 40 lbs per leg) canopy + side walls.
  • All spaces are floor space only - no equipment is provided. You must bring chairs, tables, mirrors, lighting, & anything else you’ll need.


💗VENDOR AGREEMENTS💗

By submitting this application, I confirm that:

  1. 🖼️ There will be no AI-generated imagery in my products, display, or posts created for Mad Cute Market.
  2. 🛍️ All my items will be clean & free of damage and I will not bring any fast fashion or new/mass-produced items.
  3. 👯‍♀️ I understand that booth sharing or subletting is not permitted without prior organizer approval and any unapproved booth sharing will result in an additional fee equal to the cost of the space.
  4. 🧩 I will be fully set up by market open, remain open until closing, and keep my display within my assigned booth footprint.
  5. 🧼 I will leave my space clean and am responsible for any damage to the venue within or around my booth.
  6. ⚖️ I am participating at my own risk. Mad Cute Market is not liable for loss, theft, damage, or injury, and that I am solely responsible for my products, equipment, insurance, tax collections, and any applicable permits or licenses.
  7. 💖 I will conduct myself respectfully toward staff, fellow vendors, and attendees, and comply with any instructions from market staff.
  8. 💲 I understand that if I am selected as a vendor, booth fees must be paid within 72 hours (3 days) of acceptance and booth fees for waitlist acceptances within 2 weeks of the event are due within 24 hours. I understand that my space is not confirmed until it is fully paid for - if I leave it unpaid by the due date, the space will be offered to the next applicant immediately & without notice.
  9. 💸 I understand that vending fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  10. 🌦️ I understand that Mad Cute Market is a rain or shine event & there are no rainchecks or additional indoor spaces available in case of bad weather. If I choose an outdoor space, I confirm that I am willing to take on that risk & must be fully prepared to vend in foul weather.
